This project represents our commitment to delivering real solutions for improving the quality of urban settlements. Located in RT 02 RW 02, Kelurahan Benda Baru, Kecamatan Pamulang, this work focuses on transforming slum areas into more organized, healthy, and livable environments.

Through a comprehensive planning approach, we identified key challenges including infrastructure limitations, suboptimal drainage systems, and environmental quality that required significant improvement. As a result, we developed an area arrangement concept that not only addresses physical conditions but also fosters a sustainable and comfortable environment for the community.

This plan serves as a strategic foundation for realizing a more modern, functional, and competitive residential area for the future.
